What we offer
Project ManagementSuccessful implementation of sound strategy and planning is achieved by careful and thorough project management that helps to ensure the stated objective. Our proven approach to project management is based on teamwork with strong leadership to identify tasks and how goals will be achieved, quantify the resources needed, and determine budgets and timelines for completion. It also includes carrying out regular monitoring to make certain that there is accurate and objective information on performance relative to the strategy and plan, as well as the mechanisms to implement recovery actions where necessary. Projects follow major phases, including feasibility, definition, implementation, evaluation and support, all taking into account that no two projects are the same and each is given unique attention. Most importantly, members of the group agree to be part of a consortia network whose key interest is the success of the AV, creative and cultural sector, primarily in EU member countries. Through this we set up projects that need to be efficiently and effectively managed, an area where we also have vast experience. Coordination of such consortia and the right know-how is key to a mutually satisfactory conclusion, whether involving EU policy and regulations, consulting film, media and/or cultural experts across borders or talking with national, regional and local government. Fund raisingFunds are crucial to the financing of projects for European audiovisual and cultural industries. Without private, corporate and government support a cultural and creative Europe would lag behind other countries in Asia and the |
